Secretary of the Interior must establish a grant program within 6 months to fund construction, restoration, renovation, and maintenance of memorials honoring veterans (who served on or after April 6, 1917), law enforcement officers, and firefighters

Local governments, nonprofit organizations, and federally recognized Indian Tribes are eligible to apply; priority given to projects with strong community support that honor individuals who demonstrated exemplary public service or acts of bravery

Maximum grant amount is $100,000 per award, with a limit of one grant per fiscal year per entity or memorial; recipients must provide non-Federal matching funds of at least 50% (including in-kind support)

Covered memorials include statues, monuments, sculptures, plaques, and memorial gardens owned by local governments or nonprofits, but excludes items located inside structures used primarily for other purposes

Authorizes $2,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to fund the program
