Secretary of the Treasury must mint commemorative coins honoring women who contributed to the WWII Home Front: up to 50,000 $5 gold coins, 400,000 $1 silver coins, and 750,000 half-dollar clad coins

Coins will be issued during a 1-year period beginning January 1, 2028, in both uncirculated and proof qualities

Surcharges of $35 per $5 coin, $10 per $1 coin, and $5 per half-dollar coin will be added to all sales

All surcharges will be paid to the Rosie the Riveter Trust to support the National Park Service in maintaining the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historical Park and for educational programs

Coin designs must be emblematic of the diverse women workforce who contributed to the Home Front, selected by the Secretary in consultation with the Rosie the Riveter Trust and Commission of Fine Arts
