Secretary of State must submit a report to Congress within 120 days evaluating counterintelligence (CI) training provided to State Department personnel at high-risk diplomatic posts

Report must describe CI training content, frequency, and delivery formats (in-person, virtual, scenario-based), as well as how training is tailored to specific regional threat environments

Report must identify which personnel categories receive CI training, including Foreign Service Officers, Diplomatic Security Service agents, and locally employed staff

Report must assess interagency coordination, identify capability gaps in CI preparedness, and provide recommendations for improving training standards and delivery

Report submitted in unclassified form with optional classified annex; reporting requirements sunset two years after enactment
