Establishes a competitive grant program through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to provide funding to public housing agencies for installing automatic sprinkler systems in exempted public housing projects

Authorizes $25,000,000 annually to the Capital Fund for fiscal years 2025 through 2034 to support sprinkler system installations

Requires HUD to report on the presence or absence of automatic sprinkler systems during public housing inspections and submit a report to Congress within 3 years with recommendations to improve fire safety in exempted public housing projects

Prohibits grant funds from being used to install sprinkler systems in rebuilt multifamily properties, which are already subject to existing federal fire safety requirements

Does not mandate public housing agencies to install sprinkler systems in exempted public housing projects; participation in the grant program is voluntary
