Attorney General must publicly release all unclassified DOJ records related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell within 30 days of enactment, including investigations, flight logs, immunity deals, and internal communications about charging decisions

Records cannot be withheld based on embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity to government officials, public figures, or foreign dignitaries

Permitted redactions limited to: victim identifying information, child sexual abuse materials, active investigation details, images of death/injury, and properly classified national security information

All redactions require written justification published in the Federal Register and submitted to Congress; classified information must be declassified to maximum extent possible or summarized

Attorney General must submit a report to House and Senate Judiciary Committees within 15 days listing all records released/withheld, redaction summaries, and an unredacted list of all government officials named in the materials
