Secretary of the Interior must convey approximately 7.43 acres of federal land (1.69 acres + 5.74 acres in two parcels) to the State of Mississippi by quitclaim deed without consideration

Park boundary will be modified to exclude the conveyed parcels upon transfer to the state

Conveyed land must be used to facilitate public access to Vicksburg National Military Park and enhance visitor experience consistent with the park's interpretive mission

Land use restrictions prohibit any activities that adversely impact park resources or visitor experience, subject to Secretary's determination
