Prohibits the Small Business Administration from adopting any policy, practice, guidance, or directive that discriminates against otherwise eligible loan or loan guarantee applicants solely because they are firearms industry businesses

Protects firearm entities engaged in design, manufacture, marketing, distribution, importation, or sale of firearms, ammunition, components, and accessories (including scopes, silencers, magazines, holsters, and gun storage devices)

Extends protections to firearm entity affiliates, defined as shooting ranges, firearms instruction providers, and any other entities affiliated with firearm businesses

Covers firearm trade associations that represent firearm entities or their affiliates

Applies to financial assistance under both the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 et seq.) and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 U.S.C. 661 et seq.)
