Secretary of the Interior must conduct a special resource study to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of establishing Florida Springs National Park in Central and North Florida

Study area encompasses approximately 2,800 square miles south of Jacksonville, north of Orlando, and east of Gainesville, including Ocala National Forest, numerous state parks, wildlife management areas, and conservation lands

Study must evaluate national significance, consider preservation alternatives by federal, state, local, or private entities, and identify cost estimates for acquisition, development, and maintenance

Secretary must consult with federal agencies, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, and other interested parties during the study process

Report with results, conclusions, and recommendations must be submitted to the House Committee on Natural Resources and Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources within 3 years of funding availability
