Codifies Executive Order 14253 into law, directing federal agencies to remove content from national parks, museums, and monuments that the bill characterizes as dividing Americans by race, promoting "revisionist" history, or recognizing transgender women as women

Directs the Vice President, through the Smithsonian Board of Regents, to remove exhibits or programs deemed to violate the bill's policies, and to work with Congress on appropriations that prohibit funding for such content

Requires the American Women's History Museum to exclude any depiction of transgender women in women's sports, gender-affirming medicine, or content that "degrades the biological nature of sex"

Mandates the Secretary of the Interior review and potentially reinstate monuments, memorials, and markers changed since January 1, 2020, and ensure all Department of Interior properties focus on "the greatness of the achievements and progress of the American people"

Requires infrastructure improvements at Independence National Historical Park to be completed by July 4, 2026, for the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence
