Extends federal recognition to the Patawomeck Indian Tribe of Virginia, making the Tribe and its members eligible for all federal services and benefits provided to federally recognized Indian Tribes

Designates King George County, Spotsylvania County, and Stafford County, Virginia as the service area for delivery of federal services to Tribal members

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for the Tribe's benefit within those three Virginia counties, with a 3-year deadline for determination on trust requests

Prohibits the Tribe from conducting gaming activities under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act or any claimed inherent authority

Prohibits the use of eminent domain to acquire lands for the Tribe and preserves existing hunting, fishing, trapping, gathering, and water rights without expansion or reduction
