Election Assistance Commission must make grants to eligible state and local jurisdictions within 1 year of enactment for procuring/maintaining electronic pollbooks or developing wait time information collection and dissemination capabilities for federal elections

Grant priority given to jurisdictions demonstrating need for e-pollbooks to reduce polling place wait times and those proposing to publicly report wait time data on official websites

Jurisdictions receiving wait time funding must publish real-time wait times at regular intervals (hourly for short polling days, at least 4 times for longer days) and post election cycle reports detailing wait times throughout each voting day

E-pollbooks funded must comply with the Election Assistance Commission's Voluntary Electronic Poll Book Certification Program, and jurisdictions must develop training programs for election officials including accessibility for voters with disabilities and limited English proficiency

Authorizes $120,000,000 in appropriations to remain available until expended
