Mandates consideration of continuity of care when determining eligibility for the Veterans Community Care Program

Allows veterans already receiving extended care services under these provisions to continue until their episode of care ends, even after the three-year sunset period expires

Creates an expedited 30-day approval process for Veterans Care Agreements when veterans prefer providers not already in the VA network and live more than one hour from qualified VA-network providers

Requires VA to provide in-home care services during the approval waiting period for veterans using the expedited process
