Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require the State Department's Annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices to include a dedicated section on reproductive rights in each country

Mandates reporting on whether countries have policies promoting or restricting access to contraception, family planning information, safe pregnancy and childbirth services, STI treatment, and abortion services

Requires documentation of pregnancy-related injuries and deaths (including from unsafe abortions), instances of reproductive coercion, forced sterilization, obstetric violence, and discrimination against women, LGBTQI+ individuals, and people with disabilities in healthcare settings

Directs reporting on disparities in reproductive healthcare access based on race, ethnicity, indigenous status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other marginalized identities

Requires the Secretary of State to consult with U.S. civil society organizations, local NGOs, and relevant government agencies with expertise in sexual and reproductive health when preparing these reports
