Secretary of the Interior, through the National Park Service Director, must remove the Albert Pike statue located near Judiciary Square in Washington, D.C.

The statue was originally authorized by a Joint Resolution approved April 9, 1898 (30 Stat. 737)

Secretary of the Interior may donate the statue to a museum or similar entity for preservation and interpretation in an indoor setting

Recipients of the statue are prohibited from storing, displaying, or exhibiting it outside; outdoor display triggers automatic reversion of ownership to the Federal Government
