Defense articles sold by the U.S. may be re-exported, retransferred, or temporarily imported between the governments of Australia and the United Kingdom, and eligible entities, without requiring presidential consent under the Arms Export Control Act or Foreign Assistance Act

Intra-company, intra-organizational, and intra-governmental transfers of defense articles and services are authorized between officers, employees, and agents who meet federal regulatory requirements, including dual or third-country nationals

Eliminates congressional certification requirements for commercial technical assistance agreements and manufacturing license agreements involving Australia and the United Kingdom

Amends Section 38(l) and Section 36(d)(2) of the Arms Export Control Act to streamline defense trade between AUKUS partner nations
