Covered events span 2024-2034 and include the 2024 Copa America, 2025 Club World Cup, 2026 FIFA World Cup, 2028 Summer Olympics/Paralympics, 2031/2033 Rugby World Cups, and 2034 Winter Olympics/Paralympics

Renames the State Department's sports diplomacy division as the Office of Sports Diplomacy within 90 days, requiring at least 3 additional dedicated full-time staff through December 31, 2034

Strategy must include plans for partnering with host cities, diaspora communities, athletes, and private sector entities; expediting visa processing for athletes, families, and international visitors; and integrating sports into regional diplomatic efforts

Mandates annual implementation reports to Congress through 2034 and requires the strategy to be made publicly available on the State Department website within 180 days of enactment
