Amends the Uniform Code of Military Justice (Article 117a) to criminalize the nonconsensual broadcast, distribution, or publication of intimate visual images by military personnel, punishable by court-martial

Expands coverage to include "digital forgeries" (deepfakes) created using AI, machine learning, or other technology that are indistinguishable from authentic images of identifiable individuals

Establishes separate offense categories for adult victims (requiring proof of harm or intent to harm) and minor victims (requiring intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade, or sexually gratify)

Creates exceptions for law enforcement investigations, legal proceedings, medical/educational purposes, reporting unlawful content, and individuals sharing images of themselves

Specifies that consent to create an intimate image does not constitute consent to its disclosure, and prior sharing with one person does not establish consent to further distribution
