Allows the Secretary of Defense to exclude specific housing units from this exemption through regulations, but caps exclusions at 0.1% of total military housing units

Prohibits excluding any DoD facility already listed on the National Register of Historic Places as of January 20, 2025 from the exemption

Bans landlords of privatized military housing from requiring tenants to sign nondisclosure agreements related to leases or housing services, with any such agreements declared invalid

Applies the nondisclosure agreement prohibition retroactively to agreements executed before the bill's enactment, except for settlements of litigation
