Director of National Intelligence must produce an Intelligence Community Assessment on national security and economic security effects of climate change within 4 years of enactment, then at least every 6 years thereafter

Assessments will be produced through the National Intelligence Council and submitted to congressional intelligence committees

Assessments may be submitted in classified form but must include an unclassified executive summary

Amends Title XI of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3231 et seq.) by adding a new Section 1115
