Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, through the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, to award grants to eligible institutions for developing agriculture workforce training programs in partnership with industry

Eligible institutions include 1862, 1890, and 1994 land-grant institutions, Hispanic-serving agricultural colleges, non-land-grant colleges of agriculture, community colleges, and career and technical education schools with agriculture programs

Training programs must be developed with targeted industry partners such as agriculture companies, registered apprenticeship programs, or nonprofit workforce organizations

Grant recipients must use at least 5% of funds for program activities including student recruitment and faculty professional development to prepare students for agriculture employment

Secretary of Agriculture must implement the grant program by January 31, 2026
