Secretary of the Interior must conduct a special resource study to evaluate establishing the Camden Battlefield area in South Carolina as a unit of the National Park System, to be known as "Camden National Battlefield Park"

Study area covers the site of the Battle of Camden fought on August 16, 1780, related Revolutionary War resources, and Historic Camden, South Carolina

Study must evaluate national significance, determine suitability and feasibility of designation, identify protection and interpretation methods, assess local partnership management models, and estimate federal development and operation costs

Secretary must consult with federal agencies, state and local governments, private and nonprofit organizations, and other interested parties during the study

Report with results and recommendations due to Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and House Committee on Natural Resources within 3 years of receiving funding
