Extends federal recognition to the Nottoway Indian Tribe of Virginia, making the tribe and its members eligible for all federal services and benefits provided to federally recognized Indian tribes

Establishes a service area for federal service delivery comprising seven Virginia counties: Nottoway, Southampton, Sussex, Surry, Isle of Wight, Franklin, and Dinwiddie

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to take into trust land held by the tribe acquired before January 1, 2022 within specified Virginia counties, with such land becoming part of the tribe's reservation upon request

Prohibits the tribe from conducting gaming activities under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act or any other federal authority

Preserves existing hunting, fishing, trapping, gathering, and water rights without expansion or reduction, and maintains application of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978
