Requires the Social Security Administration to issue a new Social Security number to children under age 14 when their original number has been compromised due to loss or theft of their Social Security card during mail transmission

A parent or guardian must submit evidence under penalty of perjury to the Commissioner demonstrating the confidentiality breach occurred

The Commissioner must document pertinent information about the loss or theft in the child's records when issuing the replacement number

Amends Section 205(c)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 405)

Takes effect 180 days after enactment; passed the House of Representatives on December 1, 2025
