Amends section 2884 of title 10, U.S. Code, to expand semi-annual reporting requirements on privatized military housing by adding new disclosure requirements

Requires reports to include an overview of housing data used by the Department of Defense and data sought from private management companies

Mandates assessment of how each military department Secretary uses housing data to inform on-base housing decisions, plus explanation of limitations in customer satisfaction data collection

Requires the Secretary of Defense to publish each report on a publicly available DoD website within 30 days of submission to Congress

Directs reporting to be broken down by installation and military housing project to the maximum extent practicable
