Secretary of Agriculture must convey approximately 295.89 acres of National Forest System land in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest to the city of Fruit Heights, Utah within 30 days of enactment

Conveyance is made without consideration (no payment required), by quitclaim deed, subject to valid existing rights, and includes a reserved easement for the Bonneville Shoreline Trail

Fruit Heights must use the land exclusively for public purposes and is responsible for paying survey and administrative costs

Land will revert to federal ownership at the Secretary's discretion if used in a manner inconsistent with public purposes requirement
