Secretary of Veterans Affairs must establish a two-year pilot program to foster partnerships between the VA, veterans service organizations, and law schools providing pro bono legal services to veterans

Veterans service organizations in the program will provide credentialed personnel to help veterans file disability compensation claims, appeals, and address other legal needs

Pilot program will be implemented in states with the highest veteran populations, as determined by the Secretary

VA must use social media to promote the partnerships and notify veterans of available services

Quarterly reports required to Senate and House Veterans' Affairs Committees within 30 days of each fiscal quarter, detailing social media outreach and number of veterans assisted through the program
