Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study assessing the suitability and feasibility of designating the Monterey Bay National Heritage Area in California

Study area encompasses Monterey, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo counties, plus any adjacent California areas with similar heritage aspects

Requires consultation with the State of California, Tribal Governments, local governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership

Study must be conducted in accordance with section 120103(a) of title 54, United States Code, which governs National Heritage Area studies
