Secretary of Defense must submit a report to congressional defense committees within 180 days of enactment studying whether active duty military pilots suffer traumatic brain injuries from cumulative effects of high-speed maneuvers, catapult launches, and other repetitive actions

Report must include a summary of existing DOD policies and procedures for identifying, documenting, and treating mild, moderate, and severe traumatic brain injury among pilots

Report must include a strategy to better identify, document, and treat traumatic brain injuries of all severity levels among military pilots

Secretary must provide recommendations for potential regulatory and legislative actions to address challenges in TBI identification, documentation, and treatment for pilots
