Secretary of Defense must notify TRICARE beneficiaries electronically when they face coverage transition requirements that would require them to make a different enrollment election to maintain coverage

Notifications must be sent at three intervals: 1 year before, 180 days before, and 30 days before the transition requirement takes effect

Secretary must conduct public awareness campaigns about transition requirements through the TRICARE website, social media, and family readiness groups

Annual reports to congressional defense committees required on implementation, outreach metrics, and recommendations for improving beneficiary awareness

Coverage transitions include those triggered by reaching certain ages under sections 1086(d) or 1110b of title 10 (such as dependents aging out of coverage)
