Reauthorizes the United States-Mexico Transboundary Aquifer Assessment Program, which studies shared groundwater resources along the border

Expands eligible priority transboundary aquifers to include Arizona, in addition to New Mexico and Texas, but excludes aquifers within the Yuma groundwater basin

Authorizes $1,500,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2033, replacing the previous authorization of $50,000,000 for fiscal years 2007-2016

Resets the sunset date for the program's authority to begin from the enactment of this new act
