Amends the Small Business Act to require Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) to assist small businesses in evaluating and using artificial intelligence in their operations

SBDCs must provide information, guidance, and training on AI best practices, including using AI for contingency planning, data and intellectual property protection, cybersecurity improvement, regulatory compliance, and building customer trust

SBDCs must conduct outreach to small businesses regarding AI use to the extent practical

Adopts the definition of "artificial intelligence" from the National Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act of 2020 (15 U.S.C. 9401)

No additional funding is authorized to implement the Act's requirements
