SBA Administrator must establish and maintain educational resources and modules on artificial intelligence tools for small businesses, to be made publicly available on an existing SBA online learning platform within 180 days of enactment

Educational content must cover AI model capabilities and limitations, risk management, privacy protection, identifying AI-generated outputs, retaining human involvement in AI-informed decisions, and evaluating whether AI tools are worth adopting

Administrator must establish an Advisory Working Group to ensure content accuracy, comprising AI experts from private sector, academia, and organizations focused on AI reliability/security, plus small business outreach representatives from resource partners and SBA district offices

SBA must coordinate with resource partners (such as Small Business Development Centers) to disseminate information and allow them to develop specialized, localized training materials

No additional funding is authorized; content must not give preference to any particular AI model, tool, or developer
