Secretary of Housing and Urban Development must award competitive grants within 1 year of enactment to Indian Tribes and Tribally designated housing entities for building new residential dwelling units or adding necessary features to existing units on Tribal land

Eligibility limited to Tribes and Tribally designated housing entities that received less than $500,000 in final allocation from HUD under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 in at least 1 of the previous 5 fiscal years

Grants must be administered in accordance with program requirements under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (25 U.S.C. 4101 et seq.)

Authorizes $150,000,000 in appropriations for fiscal year 2026 and each subsequent fiscal year
