Amends the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act to establish a grant program for testing unmanned aerial systems (drones) in humane roundup and management of wild horses and burros

Allocates $100,000 per year for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 ($500,000 total) from existing program funds to support pilot projects

Grants awarded to organizations and universities with demonstrated expertise in drone technology and proven commitment to equine welfare research

Pilot projects may also test drone use for humane fertility control application and herd-health efforts

Requires reports on pilot project results to Congress and the public within 180 days of each study's conclusion, plus separate reports to the House Agriculture Committee and USDA on potential drone uses for ranching, animal care, and environmental stewardship
