Grant funds may be used to employ service coordinators who provide onsite services including tutoring, health care, afterschool care, and age-appropriate activities for children

Recipients must conduct community outreach to intergenerational families through periodic informational efforts and events, coordinating with local kinship navigator programs where possible

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with program implementation required to comply with the Fair Housing Act and Violence Against Women Act protections

Requires HUD to submit a report to Congress within 2 years describing program effectiveness and recommending legislative improvements
