Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to replace the term "active duty military consumer" with "uniformed services member consumer" for credit monitoring protections

Expands eligibility for credit monitoring benefits to all members of the uniformed services as defined under 10 U.S.C. 101(a), which includes the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, Coast Guard, NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps, and Public Health Service Commissioned Corps

Modifies Section 605A(k) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681c-1(k)) to update the definition and terminology throughout the relevant provisions
