Redesignates "Camp Nelson Heritage National Monument" to "Camp Nelson National Monument" by removing the word "Heritage" from its official name

Amends Section 2303 of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (Public Law 116–9) to reflect the new name

All existing references to "Camp Nelson Heritage National Monument" in federal laws, maps, regulations, documents, and records shall be deemed references to "Camp Nelson National Monument"
