Documents that helicopter aircrews transported over 3,210,000 troops and passengers, flew more than 1,600,000 sorties, delivered 338,000 tons of cargo, and medically evacuated approximately 189,000 patients

Directs the gold medal to be displayed at the National Museum of the United States Navy following presentation by the Speaker of the House and President pro tempore of the Senate

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates at cost, with proceeds deposited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund
