Dependents of reserve component members on active service with accompanied permanent change of station orders would become eligible to attend Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools at their member's permanent duty station

Automatic enrollment would be granted upon the service member's request if sufficient space exists at the school

Dependents would be placed on a wait-list if space is not available at the time of enrollment request

Amends Section 2164 of Title 10, United States Code by adding a new subsection on eligibility
