Comptroller General must review VA medical care budget requests in the President's annual budget submission for fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028

Reports on budget review findings must be submitted to the Veterans' Affairs, Appropriations, and Budget Committees in both the Senate and House

Comptroller General must consult with Veterans' Affairs Committees to determine appropriate timing and scope of reports

Medical care accounts subject to review include Medical Services, Medical Support and Compliance, Medical Facilities, and Medical Community Care

Amends Section 4 of the Veterans Health Care Budget Reform and Transparency Act of 2009 (Public Law 111-81)
