Requires the VA Secretary to annually evaluate statistical trends of veteran suicides and attempted suicides occurring on VA property and develop prevention recommendations

Establishes a working group within 90 days of enactment to collect and analyze data on on-campus suicides and attempted suicides at VA facilities

Working group must review root cause analysis data, analyze Behavioral Health Autopsy Program information including family interviews, and communicate with VA medical centers and field offices at least every 90 days

Directs improvements to data collection processes, including modifying incident reports, creating dedicated sections for on-campus incidents in data sources, and developing a consolidated management system for all relevant suicide data

Working group operates for 2-5 years, with annual congressional briefings and a final report within 30 days of conclusion detailing effectiveness and recommendations
