Mandates annual reporting to Congress by March 1 each year on the number of applications received and approved under these provisions

Exempts eligible Filipino veterans from the one-time lump sum payment limitation established in Section 1002(h) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

Amendments take effect 270 days after enactment, with no retroactive benefits for periods before the effective date
