SBA Administrator must publish a resource guide for small business child care providers within 1 year of enactment and update it at least every 5 years

Resource guide must cover operations, finances, legal compliance, training and safety, and eligibility for Child Care and Development Block Grant funding

SBA must consult with HHS Secretary, state child care lead agencies, and local child care resource and referral organizations before publishing or updating the guide

Guide must be published in English plus 10 most commonly spoken languages in the U.S., including Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and Korean

Women's business centers, small business development centers, SCORE chapters, and Veteran Business Outreach Centers must distribute the guide to child care providers with limited administrative capacity
