Repeals Section 213 of Public Law 119–37 (Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026), which established notification requirements for Senate offices regarding legal process on disclosure of Senate data

Eliminates amendments made by that section to section 10 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2005 (2 U.S.C. 6628)

Requires any Senator who received funds through a private right of action under the repealed provision (between enactment of Public Law 119–37 and enactment of this Act) to pay those funds into the general fund of the Treasury
