Amends the Great Lakes Fishery Act of 1956 to authorize the U.S. Section of the Great Lakes Fishery Commission to develop efforts to combat invasive mussel species in coordination with federal, tribal, state, and local governments

Requires the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Geological Survey, and NOAA to assist the Commission in developing invasive mussel control efforts

Authorizes $500 million in appropriations for fiscal years 2026 through 2035 to carry out these invasive mussel control activities

Funding would be made available to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission and would supplement existing appropriations under the Act
