Transfers approximately 25 acres of federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia from the Department of the Interior to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for use as part of CBP's Advanced Training Center

Transfers approximately 71.51 acres of federal land from CBP to the National Park Service to be included in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park

Land transfers occur without monetary reimbursement or additional consideration between agencies

If CBP determines the transferred land is no longer needed for the Advanced Training Center, administrative jurisdiction reverts to the Secretary of the Interior and the land returns to the National Historical Park

Exempts transferred land from the existing acreage limitation for Harpers Ferry National Historical Park under 16 U.S.C. 450bb(d)
