Amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to allow SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits to be used for food delivery fees charged by retail food stores or delivery platforms

Creates a new statutory definition for "delivery platform or delivery services provider" as entities that facilitate online sales, delivery, or both of food from retail food stores, including first-party and third-party delivery services

Removes existing restrictions that prohibited SNAP benefits from covering delivery costs, explicitly excluding delivery fees from prior limitations on benefit usage
