Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to pay a $525 plot or interment allowance to State cemeteries for burial of spouses and children of eligible veterans

Eligible family members include spouses, surviving spouses (including those who remarried), minor children under 21 (or under 23 if enrolled in approved educational institution), and at the Secretary's discretion, unmarried adult children

Allowance amount will increase over time in accordance with existing adjustment provisions

Applies only to deaths occurring on or after the date of enactment

Amends Section 2303 of title 38, United States Code, to extend burial benefits currently available for veterans to their qualifying family members buried in State-owned cemeteries
