Mandates notification to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees within 72 hours of alleged abuse or neglect incidents

Requires notification within 72 hours to the Senators and House Representatives representing the location where the alleged abuse or neglect occurred

Applies to military child development centers, Department of Defense youth programs, family home day care, and child care providers receiving financial assistance under section 1798 of title 10

Amends Section 1794 of title 10, United States Code by adding new notification requirements for suspected child abuse
