Extends education grant programs under the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 for Alaska Native-serving institutions and Native Hawaiian-serving institutions through fiscal year 2031

Authorizes $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 and increases funding to $15,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 for each grant program

Establishes a maximum grant period of 3 years for both Alaska Native-serving and Native Hawaiian-serving institution grants

Replaces the previous authorization that covered fiscal years 2001 through 2023 with new authorization periods extending through 2031
